The Department of Mathematics at the University of Toronto is dedicated to providing programs and resources for students, parents, and teachers, as well as those with a general interest in mathematics. Mathematics Outreach Office develops and administers programs for students and teachers in Grade 1-12. We aim to foster enthusiasm for math and increase accessibility of math programs.

A full listing of all our current programs can be found on our Current Programs page.

Junior Enrichment Programs

"The programs your team have been working on are making a huge impact (on) kids and parents. Great job!"

- Junior On-Curriculum Program, Parent

"As an alum and staff, it makes me happy that he is super impressed with U of T and I am hopeful he'd consider it as his university choice eventually! Thank you so much for the fantastic response time! We are all very impressed with this program's administration."

- Junior Enrichment Program, Parent

"Thank you so much for another great camp experience! There is nothing positive about the pandemic, but one silver lining is that programs like this are now open to my children, when they wouldn’t have been before since we live in a rural community. We live in a small town, and the opportunity my kids have to see other kids in other parts of Ontario who also love math is wonderful. I hope you will consider continuing with online offerings after COVID, as I’m sure there are others who have benefited from this expanded outreach."

"My daughter has really enjoyed the contest class and hopes to take the advanced math club if it is offered again in the future! Thanks again for all the opportunities and outreach that you are offering to high school students, it’s awesome and we are truly grateful!"
